MTV Video Music Awards ‘22
For the 2022 VMAs, we worked with the in-house team and Studio Dumbar to create a bold, motion-focused campaign designed to stop viewers dead in their feed. We transformed the iconic VMA logo into a 3D vessel, using it as a portal into a surreal, immersive world that re-imagined the show’s visual DNA.
The campaign took inspiration from the music videos themselves—remixing nominee visuals into unexpected, high-energy moments that felt disruptive yet distinctly VMA. The result was a vibrant, ownable look that lived across broadcast, digital, and social, helping drive the show’s biggest engagement numbers to date.
